James was great! Explained everything clearly and effectively

I hired Zippity Split to help me unclog a very clogged kitchen sink. The experience was everything you hope a service experience like this will be; they gave a two hour time window and arrived at the very start of the window, you receive a text when they are on the way and can track arrival in real time, the technician (Brett) was very knowledgeable and personable and completed the task quickly (but not at the expense of quality workmanship). He also gave me some helpful tips for the future and recommended some additional work that should be taken care of in the future, but was not at all pushy about it. It never felt like a sales pitch and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of during a time of misfortune (which is the norm with home repairs). Brett presented the best and worst case scenarios from the beginning and kept me informed along the way. I really took a risk in hiring a company without a recommendation from someone I know personally and I'm so glad that I did! The only negative I can share, if I had to be nitpicky, is that I asked for a quote for the other recommended repairs and haven't received it yet.

I have had to call on Zippity Split again for a problem with front yard hose bib which needed to be replaced and pressure valve added. They have done other plumbing issues in the past…fixed front main water valve, leak in main water line to house and most recently clogged toilet and laundry/kitchen drain. The guys that have come out have been great! Very professional and let you know what they need to do and why. Clean up afterwards and explain what they did. Definitely a 5 star company. Don’t hesitate to contact them, you won’t be disappointed.

An elderly member of our church had a pipe leaking from under his home, in a very small crawl space. Luckily, he managed to shut the water off quickly, but when he called his normal plumber (under extended contract) they told him it would be over a week before they could respond. He was stuck with no water in Phoenix summer temps, and his plumber was no help. Our church member, frustrated, called several of us for help. I knew Zippity Split from using them previously, so I called. James was there in about 30 minutes, found the leak, and said one of his co-workers, Sam, would be out to repair it soon. Sam showed up one hour earlier than projected, and had the repair in place with a 2-year warranty, for exactly James' quoted price. The water was back on in time for an early dinner. This was not an "easy" repair. The crawl space James and Sam worked in was about 2-3' high and had pipes that looked like spaghetti everywhere. The outside temperature was around 109 deg. From their customer service desk, to the techs--five stars are not enough! This is hands down, the best plumbing and A/C company I've ever known, and I've lived all over the country in the military. The only problem is because some of us in our church agreed to pay our dear member's bill, I could not figure out how to get this post under my own name, and not our church secretary's name. There is a reason Zippity Split has over 830 five stars, and nothing less. Need I say more?

Excellent, job extremely well done by Jesus and Levi, and Jeremy for walking through the process. I would use them over and over again. Very professional, the kind you dont see very much of these days. I had my cast iron sewer pipe lined with the trenchless sleeve, the peace of mind is worth it. Any house over 50 years old needs to seriously consider this investment.

We recently had our 1950’s home cast iron pipes replaced. Zippity Split Plumbing was our second opinion and after hearing the tech that did the camera inspection we knew immediately they knew what they were doing. The work was done by Mikey and his team who where always punctual and professional. It was a huge job that was done efficiently. They did everything possible to disrupt us as little as possible, explained the process and communicated all findings immediately giving us the available options. Highly satisfied costumers.

My 1948 house had one last stretch (about 25') of original cast iron pipe from our kitchen drain that hadn't been replaced. Austin and Levi did the trenchless pipe relining to avoid digging up our tile and hardwood floor. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and kept things as clean as possible considering the pipe access was in a block wall. They were kind to explain each step of the process as they went even though I felt like I asked too many questions! We were very pleased with the end result - it's a huge relief that we don't have to worry about it possibly failing anymore plus the 25 year warranty. Would definitely recommend Zippity Split for this service. Exceptionally good price compared to other quotes. Thank you!

They did a good job of getting my problem fixed. Because I hit the main water source with my motorhome I had to shut off all the water to the house. They got us back up in a few hours. There service people were very friendly and did a great job.

Fantastic guy that came over to my house and fixed my issue of line feeding refrigerator leaking underground. He got here around noon. Finished the job in a little under 2 hours. Had to replace my entire main sewer drain line. Zippity Split was the cheapest and best warranty of 3 estimates. Also put in a thicker and better pipe than others offered. They did everything they said they would and more. Didn't charge me a dime extra & were pleasant & always in contact letting me know each step & when they would be here. Highly recommend and have already recommended to all my neighbors.

My old 1965 house had to have new sewer lines and water pipes. The "working toilet" was a hole, see picture of how bad it was. The old copper water lines were all oxidized and needs full replacement. The hot water tank need to be replaced with an electric. The water main at the front of the house and the city shutoff leaked too.
Not only did they do Amazing work at a great price they did it fast too! I called them because they are sewer experts but the water line replacements were 10 stars too!

The digging thing. Digging had to be done at my home. I didn't have functional sewer pipe anywhere, it needed to be completed rebuild. That said they made every effort to to keep digging to a minimum. I was truly impressed by how little digging happened.

I was so impressed with Ben & Zach last week when they worked hard to figure out what the problem was with our old pipes. They got under our 75 year old home, in the crawl space in 105 degrees and figured out what the problem was within 30 minutes. Over the last two years, we had two other companies out to assess the problem and they put a simple bandaid on the issue and didn't find the actual source of the problem. We are so grateful for their expertise & they have earned our business going forward as well as others we will happily refer to them.

I had a kitchen sink that became completely clogged, and after calling around I found Zippity Split Plumbing. They were able to get someone to my home in Paradise Valley in less than two hours, and they actually arrived earlier than the estimated time.

From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding. Scheduling through their website was simple, the office kept me informed throughout the process, and Kendall made everything easy. James arrived earlier than promised, was professional, friendly, and got right to work.

What I appreciated most was the honesty. James explained the problem, provided an estimate before beginning the work, and the final price was exactly what was quoted. There were no surprise charges, no pressure to buy additional services, and no attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. That's becoming harder and harder to find.

I had a project on my newly purchased home. It started out rough because of misunderstandings but after it was cleared up they completed the job the way I needed. In the whole process they were very responsive and professional. Due to the fact that they respected my time and money, I would use them again on my next project.

Update: Zippity Split performed the work from the sewer inspection they conducted in March. This was a major job, costing $10,000. They were reliable and got in and out to do the work in the two days as described in the proposal. I am so incredibly pleased with how they cleaned up afterwards, particularly the front yard landscaping. The house is sold and closes next week and I am thrilled that this work is finished without any additional issues surfacing. Thank you for all your hard work. I have used Zippity split plumbing 2 times now. Both times I needed them to perform a lining point repair. On the first Visit I had a technician named Trevor come out who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. This was the second time I’ve used Zippity Split in the past year. They did a great job the first time replacing the main water line from the street to the house so I went right back to them for a kitchen sink drain pipe leak that was leaving puddles on the patio behind the sink. Tommy found the leak behind the wall, scheduled the fix, and he and Zack fixed it a few days later. These guys are great. The teams are friendly, professional, efficient, and clean. Must also acknowledge Amber in the office for her friendly and reassuring demeanor. I highly recommend you give them a call when you have a plumbing issue.

Zippity Split did a reline of my sewer line a couple years ago and they were great to work with. I thought I had a leak in the main water line to my house so I figured I’d call them again. Mark looked at my meter and told me that the meter wasn’t running so there is no leak. But he advised me to check the meter last thing at night and first thing in the morning to see if it moved during the night. Good suggestion that I wouldn’t have thought of. No charge for advice. Nice company, nice employees.

Just had sewer pipe extraction and replacement. Our guy Sam was excellent! Very professional and thorough. Being a disabled tradesman myself. I can say for sure that the entire experience from the first call to the estimate and scheduling and actual work was spot on. I recommend Zippity Split!

As a woman heading into to senior years, it was so refreshing not to feel taken advantage of, scammed or pressured to do anything more than was absolutely necessary to clear my drains. Brett was patient, informative and didn't give up for what seemed to be a simple snake of drains. After several attemps with snake, my drains are clear. I thank Brett for all he did to make that happen. I had tons of questions and he so freely and willingly answered for me. He was very informative. Again, aside from him finally being able to clear my drains which I am happy for, I am happier with his professionalism and not feeling like I was told something other than was needed in his visit as other companies have and will do. We had a leak the showed up in our front yard. Turned out to be our water supply line. It was a 50 year old mix of metal pipe and plastic. Turned out what I thought was the problem was incorrect. Sheldon got the equipment to delve in further and found the problem. Turned out it wasn’t plumbing at all. I had an excellent experience with Zippity Split Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, and Sewer Repair. Sam and John replaced my mothers old galvanized steel water service line from the 1960’s and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I have a neighbor that is digging up his foundation to remove and replace old pipes, but Zippity had a different solution: a complete trenchless relining of the pipes. Seeing the before and after videos of the pipes was amazing; I now have new pipes with a 25 year warranty. Thank you Zippity.

I just posted my experience with these guys for a water heater I had put in last month. I was pleased with their service so I had them come out yesterday to check and decoy my shower drain. It was taken care of quickly and thoroughly and he even checked my other bathroom drain to make sure I did t have a problem there as well. Very nice guy, reasonable price and it’s nice to take a shower without standing water.

It is never great to learn you have to replace your water heater, especially when it’s going to cost nearly 3k. But Jeff made it easier with great customer service and installation within a few hours. A friend recommended your business and I will do the same.

I was having problems with roots clogging my laundry pipe. I called Zippity Split & Jeremy came & scoped my pipes. He found cracks & roots in both the laundry & sewer pipes. He gave me an estimate & I was happy to find that the pipes could be relined. Within a week Ben & Greg came to do the work. They were very friendly & did a great job. The work took 3 days & tho Ben encountered some challenges with my 'old' plumbing he was able to fix everything as promised. The sewer pipe has been relined & the laundry pipe has a new epoxy lining. I wanted to express my sincere satisfaction with the service provided by Zippity Split. We recently experienced issues with our cast iron main line draining slowly, and the team at Zippity Split was exceptional from start to finish.
Jeremy initially assessed the problem, running a camera to identify a severely corroded area in the pipe. He confidently suggested a repair through pipe lining. Ben then provided a temporary solution by hydro-jetting the drain, which allowed us to maintain use of the sewer while awaiting the full repair.
A few days later, Ben and John returned to perform the pipe relining. Their work was incredibly thorough, and they completed the repair in one day to an exceptionally high standard.
It is truly rare to find a company and a team that demonstrates such a high level of care and dedication. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, and the price remained fair and consistent with the original quote, despite unforeseen challenges.

Zippity Split is my go-to plumbing company. Every step of the way, from speaking to Amber to book a service, to the skilled professionals who came to replace the plug mechanism in my 50 year old tub, Tommy Hentze and Zach. These guys pulled out my stackable washer and dryer to cut through the drywall behind the tub. They were very good at communicating what they were doing. They work very neatly and respectfully. Our kitchen sink drain was plugged so I called Zippity Split plumbing at 4:30 in the afternoon. The nice lady who answered the phone was able to have someone out the next morning by 11:00. The technician texted me within the time frame specified to let me know he was on his way. Sheldon showed up. He was very friendly and a knowledgeable plumber. He spent about an hour working on the line but was able to get the stoppage out. Price was very reasonable.

If I could give 5-more stars!!! We cannot recommend Zippity Split Plumbing enough! We live in a 75-year-old home with the original cast iron sewer line plumbing, so we knew repairs and re-lining were inevitable. From the start, they provided a thorough, free inspection and a very clear plan of action. During the project, we discovered the drain lines also needed repair. While there were a few "bumps" and even some unplanned leaks due to the nature of the work, the team "scooped" right in and handled everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing; they truly took care of us the entire way. Our sales rep, Jeremy, was great, and Sheldon, our tech, was exceptional. Sheldon oversaw the work and was so kind in explaining every detail. Even when human mistakes happened, they were completely transparent, coming to us immediately to explain what happened and how they fixed it. Their integrity is top-notch. We actually have a massive regret about not using them for another project we had quoted—lesson learned! We will definitely be calling them for all future needs.

He was very straightforward and honest which we appreciated and I really love that this is a small family run business and not corporate. They had to remove some of our pavers and did an amazing job of removing them without any damage to the pavers and they kept the area they were working on very clean and tidy which I appreciated.
