Had an emergency pluming issue, called Mark and he had Ben to me in an hour to take care of everything. Simply great at their profession and the best customer service! Thank you Zippity Split!!

My toilet & tub backed up & flooded my bathroom. I called Zippity Split & they sent Mike Cox out right away. He was very nice, professional & explained things well. Extremely happy with the service. He gave me a diagnosis & am waiting on the HOA's approval for further work to be done. I have used this company before & will continue to use them.

Called zippity split on Friday for shower valve replacement. Zach was here within 2 hours as they said. He gave me a free quote as they also advertise. Quote was reasonable for the job he had to do. When I say reasonable please understand they are a professional business that guarantees their work. Zach was professional very nice and did great work. I would recommend zippity to anyone looking for solid plumbing work.

We've been using Zippity Split plumbing since 2020. They're the only plumbing company that we will call to our house. They've helped us with our sewer, our water main, hot water heaters, hose bibs, etc. Everything fro tiny clogs to major renovations. Everyone that that has done work on my home from Zippity split has done exceptional work. They never try to upsell me. They tell me when I've got a problem that needs to be fixed. Then they fix it.

Dave was SO kind and knowledgeable. Seriously the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumber! While I was explaining what was going on in our bathrooms, my toddler somehow broke a cabinet lock in our kitchen and dumped dish soap every where and he cleaned it all up for me while I got the toddler washed up and changed. You have a customer for life!

Love them! they have helped us out several times! Zach H is a sweet heart and really knows his stuff. He is also a great personality for customer service. Our Dental office called with a major issue. Flooding :-(. They were on the way 15 min later and here 20 min after. Had us up and running an hour later!. Helped us a few other times. Very reasonable pricing at that! 🙂

Had to call them for the dental office I manage. Water was backing up out of the toilets and the floor drain our compressors drain into to. They came out to us in 30 in and had up up and running an hour later. LOVE our technician. Zach H. He has helped us a few times. We have an older building, and unfortunately have needed their help 3 times so far. They also dug a trench and re-lined ( might not be the technical term) a portion of our sewer line last year ( not related to any of the other repairs, they did a fantastic job) and the quote was significantly cheaper then the other plumber we called. I can not reccommend them enough.

We needed our entire sewer line system replaced on our old house. We actually contacted Zippity Split before we actually had issues and I'm so thankful we did. It turned out the pipes were severely corroded and damaged, and basically falling apart already.

Mark came out to scope the lines and was very knowledgeable of what we needed. We received the quote and were able to schedule very quickly.

As with most projects, more problems with our lines were identified which led to two additional days of work. Sheldon was fantastic. He explained everything they were doing, including potential issues that could arise and how they could be mitigated. He kept me updated at least twice daily over the course of the week. During a very stressful time, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.

They also offer financing for these large projects, which I am also very thankful for.

I will definitely use them again for other projects.
