Update 2026 - had a toilet replaced, thanks, Mike! Also had a part of a water heater thingy fixed by someone else a while back. Always a good experience, always thorough and thoughtful service from plumbers and front desk staff!

We had a great experience with Zippity Split Plumbing! We noticed our water bill was higher than usual and suspected we might have a leak, but we weren’t sure where. Since they’re local and offer leak detection services, we decided to give them a call, and we were able to get someone out the very next day.

They were able to locate and fix the leak, which was a huge relief! We worked with a few different technicians throughout the process, and every one of them was professional, courteous, and helpful.

We also really appreciated their text communication service, which sends you the name and photo of the technician who will be arriving. It’s a small detail, but it gives you peace of mind knowing who to expect at your door.

Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and appreciate the great service. We would definitely recommend Zippity Split Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable local plumbing company!

Tech was on time, friendly and informative and didn't try to strong arm us into repairs. He gave us the necessary information to make an informed decision. After checking Google lol, we had him put in the recommended pressure valve. Great service. Great tech.

Our house was built in 1959 and periodically had drain backups at the sewer line. The pipe that leads from the house to the sewer pipe was after World War Ii pressed cardboard (Really) and subsequently failed multiple times causing backup (Gross). Zippity (I love the name) came and replaced the line in a timely manner explaining step by step what they were doing and after completion sending us photos. The plumbers were friendly and made sure we were as little inconvenienced as possible. Also, a 25 year warranty.

The men that did the job were great. James did a great job presenting the company and the work they specialize in. It is very important to know the people that are going to do a job are the best. It is also important that seeing the equipment they are using is top shelf. I would like to share this experience with all the people in this development. A special thanks to the staff and especially Zach and Mike. Dave was our technician on this job and was great! They were very prompt and included a picture of the tech coming! Dave was very professional and didn’t try to upsell!
