I was so impressed with Ben & Zach last week when they worked hard to figure out what the problem was with our old pipes. They got under our 75 year old home, in the crawl space in 105 degrees and figured out what the problem was within 30 minutes. Over the last two years, we had two other companies out to assess the problem and they put a simple bandaid on the issue and didn't find the actual source of the problem. From beginning to end, the communication was outstanding. Scheduling through their website was simple, the office kept me informed throughout the process, and Kendall made everything easy. James arrived earlier than promised, was professional, friendly, and got right to work.
What I appreciated most was the honesty. James explained the problem, provided an estimate before beginning the work, and the final price was exactly what was quoted. There were no surprise charges, no pressure to buy additional services, and no attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. That's becoming harder and harder to find.
The price was also very fair. I've had plumbers charge substantially more for similar service calls, so I felt the value was excellent. After about an hour of work, my kitchen sink was flowing perfectly again.

Zack was kind, professional as he did an amazing and thorough job with our pipe leak underneath the kitchen sink. His integrity was first rate and didn’t overcharge us for the repair. On top of that he provided excellent advice on how to maintain the pipeline. While we hope this never happens again, if it does we’ll be calling Zippity Split!
